The first hearing on our Equal Access Act Bill (HB2676) is this Thursday 1/30 at 9am at the capitol! Testimony will need to be submitted to the state capitol website by 9am on Wednesday 1/29.
Reproductive Health Equity for All (RHEA) (SB 2539/HB 2676) - We worked with Senator Baker and Representative Chris Lee to introduce bills to strengthen and expand state law by requiring insurers to cover a wide range of sexual and reproductive health care services with no co-pay, including abortion, the full range of contraceptive methods, and vasectomy.
